Product Description
The STERLING® DIGIBINDER® is a fully automated perfect binder. The pneumatic clamp and the nipper adjust automatically. The unique roughing blade roughs and notches the entire backbone of the book. Twin glue applicating rollers and a third metering roller, ensure an even glue application. There is absolutely no set up. Go from thick books to thin books without any adjustments! A silent air compressor is supplied with the machine.

Product Features
Auto Clamp
The clamp adjusts automatically between two sheets and 2.25 inches. Both the clamp and nipper are pnuematic, run by the supplied silent compressor.
Roughing Blade
The unique roughing blade includes a cerated edge which can hold up to six notching pins. This allows for maximum glue penetration and book strength.
Twin Glue Rollers
Two glue rollers saturate the spine with glue. A third metering roller smooths out the glue to the desired thickness.
Side Gluing
The Digibinder side glues the rear of the spine by use of a side gluing pin. The book is then nipped in such a way that glue seeps into the front of the book creating a line of side glue there as well.
Delivery Tray
Tidy up your deliver and cover feeding area with the optional Digibinder Delivery Tray. Stack books and covers for easy removal.

What we like is the ease of operation and set up. The machine is what I call an open system, a machine where it is easy to see how it operates and easy to locate all the functions.
We’re getting 650 books per hour on The Coilmaster and we’re loving it. We have 250,000 books to do in the next two months and instead of dreading this job like we used to, we now say: Bring it on.
In-line coil forming and inserting is the most important feature for us on the Coilmaster. Buying and waiting for plastic coil proved to be a hardship. We can now optimize our production time, turning around multiple jobs more quickly.
We tried another automatic coil machine and it failed to perform. We bought a Coilmaster System and after it validated our decision, we bought two more systems. This machine gave us the production speeds we were looking for.
