Description

The Graphic Whizard SINAJET DF0604-MT is a mid-format flatbed digital die cutter designed for on-demand custom cutting, kiss-cutting, creasing, and perforating in digital print finishing environments. The machine accommodates a maximum sheet size of 680 mm x 420 mm (26.8″ x 16.5″) with a minimum sheet size of 210 mm x 297 mm (8″ x 12″), and achieves a maximum cutting area of 600 mm x 400 mm (23.6″ x 15.75″). Cutting speed reaches up to 1,000 mm per second.

The DF0604 uses interchangeable tool heads for through-cutting, kiss-cutting, creasing, and perforating, selectable by the operator or via the machine’s control software without manual die changes. This tooling flexibility makes the machine capable of handling a broad variety of substrates and job types from the same platform, including paper, cardboard, vinyl, foil, polypropylene, and light adhesive-backed materials. Software-driven job setup and optional barcode reading reduce operator setup time and minimize the chance of cutting-path errors.

Applications are similar to those of the DF1007-MT but scaled for smaller sheet sizes: rounded corner business cards, greeting cards, custom labels, specialty packaging blanks, presentation folders, and custom-cut promotional pieces. The DF0604 is suited to digital print shops, specialty finishers, and trade binderies that regularly produce short-run custom-shape pieces and need a programmable die cutter that can handle frequent job changes across a range of substrate types without traditional die tooling costs.
