Description

The Graphic Whizard GW 6000 is the most widely used machine in the Graphic Whizard numbering line, offering a balance of speed, versatility, and value for small-to-medium-volume sequential numbering, perforating, scoring, and slitting applications. The machine processes up to 6,000 sheets per hour and supports up to two numbering heads, each capable of placing up to 10 numbering positions per sheet. Crash numbering on carbonless forms up to 10 parts is supported.

The heads rotate and lock throughout 360 degrees, allowing numbering at any orientation. Perforating options available include 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, and 16 teeth per inch, as well as microperf at 42, 50, and 72 TPI, offering broad flexibility for tear-off and detachable section applications. The machine is microprocessor controlled with forward and backward stepping for easy programming and accurate register to 0.010 inch.

Physical dimensions are 44″ long x 27″ wide x 16″ high with a weight of 125 lbs., making the GW 6000 a compact and portable machine that can be relocated within a shop as needed. Sheet size range and stock weight compatibility are broad, covering forms, tickets, coupon books, carbonless sets, and single-sheet jobs.
