Description

The Graphic Whizard PT 335CKF is an automatic vacuum-fed creaser and knife folder that integrates inline creasing with a dedicated knife folding module for producing finished, folded pieces in one continuous pass. The machine accepts sheet sizes up to 13″ wide x 35.4″ long from a 4″ vacuum pile feeder and supports up to 32 crease or perforation positions per sheet, providing extensive finishing flexibility within a single machine platform.

The creasing section is fully programmable via a color touchscreen interface and supports interchangeable creasing and perforating dies, allowing the operator to match the crease channel width to the paper weight and fold type. The integrated knife folder accepts the creased sheet directly from the creasing section and folds it without the need for manual transfer to a separate folder, maintaining registration and eliminating an intermediate production step.

The PT 335CKF is targeted at digital and commercial printers producing high volumes of folded pieces where a clean, toner-crack-free crease is required before folding. Typical applications include folded greeting cards, business reply mailers, folded brochures, scored cover stock, and pre-creased inserts. By combining creasing and folding in one pass, the PT 335CKF reduces per-job machine time and operator handling compared to running the crease and fold steps as separate operations. It is appropriate for shops that regularly process folded pieces on coated or heavy digital stocks where toner cracking at the fold is a concern.
