Description

The Graphic Whizard PT 330 Mini is a compact, semi-automatic, manually-fed tabletop creaser designed for entry-level and light-duty applications in digital print shops, quick printers, and office environments. It produces professional crease quality comparable to larger machines at a significantly lower price point, making it accessible to lower-volume operations that need to prevent toner cracking on digitally printed covers and card stock.

The PT 330 Mini is equipped with interchangeable creasing and perforating dies, allowing the operator to switch between functions as needed. Up to six crease positions can be programmed per sheet, and the machine’s Progressive Crease function places each successive crease at a slightly offset position when processing pre-collated booklet sets, resulting in a “V” formation that produces a square spine once the booklet is assembled and saddle-stitched.

The machine operates at up to 1,800 sheets per hour and handles sheet sizes from a minimum of 2.5″ wide x 4″ long up to a maximum of 13″ wide x 25.5″ long. It can be used as a tabletop unit or placed on an optional stand, with removable feed and delivery trays that reduce its footprint when not in use. Electrical requirements are 110-130V, 50/60Hz, 15A. The PT 330 Mini is a practical choice for shops processing lower volumes of folded pieces, greeting cards, invitations, and digital book covers.
