Description

The Graphic Whizard VividCoater XDC-370M is a full flood UV coater designed for high-volume production coating of digitally and offset-printed sheets. The machine operates at over 5,900 linear feet per hour and accommodates sheet widths up to 14.5 inches with unlimited stock length when hand-fed. Stock weight range is 157 to 450 gsm. Electrical requirements are 208-240V, 1-phase, 60Hz, 40A.

The XDC-370M features a 3-pump system controlled through a 4-inch color touchscreen, allowing the operator to select from gloss, matte, satin, or soft-touch finishes. Two of the three pump positions can be loaded with different coating types simultaneously, with the third port dedicated to cleaning solution, making finish changeovers faster and reducing downtime between jobs. A bank of three built-in IR lamps with variable intensity is included, along with a removable applicator roller assembly for precise coating application.

Easy-set levers control substrate thickness, coating thickness, and doctor blade engagement, simplifying setup for each job type. The XDC-370M is intended for shops running consistent UV coating volume across products such as book covers, brochures, packaging, presentation folders, menus, and point-of-purchase displays. The multi-coating capability and high throughput make the XDC-370M appropriate for commercial printers and trade binderies that coat regularly across multiple finish types and cannot afford extended downtime between changeovers.
