Description

The Graphic Whizard PT CR607 is a heavy-duty electric corner rounder designed for production rounding of paper, card, and board corners in print finishing environments. The machine rounds up to 600 sheets per stack (up to 2.36 inches / 60 mm in stack height) in a single cycle, and can process over 500 sheets in under one minute, making it suitable for volume corner-rounding work on business cards, ID cards, playing cards, hang tags, booklets, and menu covers.

The PT CR607 includes a built-in rotary carousel with seven interchangeable round cornering dies in radius sizes of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 mm. Die selection is made directly from the carousel without tools, allowing quick transitions between corner radii for different job specifications. A sturdy clamp and magnetic guide hold the stack firmly in position during the cutting cycle, preventing movement that would result in inconsistent corner placement. A large work surface accommodates full-size digital sheets, and an integrated scrap box collects cut waste.

Safety features include protective covers over the cutting mechanism, and the control panel includes on/off keying, a reverse function, and ready and error indicators. The PT CR607 is appropriate for digital print shops, card manufacturers, binderies, and commercial printers that perform regular corner-rounding work and need a reliable, high-capacity machine with multiple radius options available without retooling delays.
