Description

The Graphic Whizard PT 8336SCC Multi is a fully automatic, vacuum pile-fed slitter, cutter, and creaser designed for the digital print finishing market. Capable of processing sheets up to 400 gsm at speeds of up to 25 sheets per minute (running 8.5″ x 11″ with two cuts and one crease), the machine handles a wide variety of substrates and job types from a single, programmable platform. Sheet size range runs from a minimum of 8.26″ x 8.16″ up to a maximum of 13″ wide by 26.5″ long, with hand-fed sheets up to 40″ accommodated.

The PT 8336SCC Multi combines slitting, cutting, creasing (up/down), rotary perforating, cross perforating, bi-directional perforating, scoring, and strike perforating capabilities in one unit. Interchangeable creasing and perforating dies allow the operator to switch between functions quickly. The strike perf capability enables partial perforations in two directions, producing “T” and box-shaped perf patterns for tear-off or fold-out sections — a critical feature for jobs requiring detachable sections such as tickets, coupons, or mailers.

The 4″ vacuum pile feeder provides continuous automatic sheet feeding with minimal operator attention, and the machine includes programmable job memory for storing repeat configurations. Applications include business cards, greeting cards, invitations, brochures, tent cards, book covers, and CD covers, all produced as full-bleed finished pieces. The PT 8336SCC Multi is built for shops that need versatile, high-mix digital finishing without maintaining multiple separate machines for each operation.
