Description

The Graphic Whizard PT 331S is a semi-automatic, manually-fed tabletop creaser and perforator designed for small-to-medium digital print operations requiring reliable crease quality on coated and uncoated stocks. The machine produces up to 2,800 creased sheets per hour and supports up to six crease or perforation positions per sheet, with 30-job memory for storing frequently repeated configurations. Minimum sheet size is 1.97″ wide x 3.94″ long; maximum sheet size is 13″ wide x 25.5″ long.

The PT 331S is equipped with interchangeable creasing and perforating dies that can be swapped quickly between jobs. The machine is capable of perforating in both directions in a single pass, making it suitable for jobs requiring cross perforations or intersecting tear-off sections. The creasing dies are designed to prevent digital toner cracking on coated stocks by pressing rather than cutting through the fiber structure of the sheet.

The unit can be placed on an optional stand or operated as a tabletop machine, with removable trays to minimize its working footprint. Setup is straightforward, and the programmable memory allows operators to return to stored job profiles without manual repositioning of the crease bars. The PT 331S is well-suited to shops running greeting cards, folded mailers, brochures, and digitally printed cover stocks where clean crease lines and fold integrity are essential to the finished product.
