GW 12000

Description

The Graphic Whizard GW 12000 is the highest-speed model in the Graphic Whizard numbering line, producing up to 12,000 sheets per hour on 8.5″ x 11″ stock. The machine is pneumatically driven and configured for very high-volume sequential numbering on forms, tickets, receipts, security documents, and carbonless multi-part sets. Up to four numbering heads can be installed, with each head capable of placing up to 100 numbering positions per sheet. A 100-job memory allows complex numbering programs to be stored and recalled instantly for repeat jobs.

Sheet size range is from 3″ wide x 5″ long up to 18″ wide x 18″ long, with stock weights from 12 lb. bond to 12-point board (45 to 250 gsm). The machine’s heads rotate and lock throughout 360 degrees for flexible positioning, and the microprocessor control system provides accurate register throughout the run. Electrical requirements are 120V/230V, 60/50Hz, 5.0 Amp, and the pneumatic drive requires a compressed air supply.

Standard configuration includes one numbering head with pneumatic drive unit, one accessory holder with a 12 TPI perforating wheel and a score wheel, with options to add up to three additional numbering heads. The machine is appropriate for high-volume forms printers, commercial print shops, trade binderies, and check/ticket manufacturers who require maximum throughput on sequential numbering jobs. The GW 12000’s combination of speed, multi-head capacity, and deep job memory makes it the practical choice when numbering volume justifies a dedicated high-output machine.
