PT330 PF Pile Feed

Description

The Graphic Whizard PT 330PF is an automatic pile feeder and conveyor outfeed unit designed to run in-line with off-line finishing equipment, including UV coaters, laminators, and similar sheet-fed machines that require manual feeding in their standard configuration. By automating the sheet feeding process, the PT 330PF allows a single operator to oversee a UV coating or laminating line that would otherwise require continuous manual sheet loading, substantially improving throughput and reducing labor requirements.

The PT 330PF uses a 4″ vacuum pile feeder to lift and separate sheets from the top of the stack, feeding them forward onto the receiving machine at a controlled rate. The unit processes up to 4,500 sheets per hour and accepts stock weights from 150 to 350 gsm. Minimum sheet size is 5.5″ wide x 8″ long; maximum is 13″ wide x 25.5″ long. Variable speed control, adjustable gap settings, and a sheet counter provide precise control over the feeding process.

The feeder is commonly paired with the Graphic Whizard XDC-370M or XDC-530 Micro UV coaters, transforming those machines from hand-fed to fully automated systems without requiring any permanent modification. The PT 330PF’s compact tabletop design allows it to be positioned in-line with a wide range of equipment and repositioned as needed. For shops running high-volume UV coating or laminating production with limited staffing, the PT 330PF is a direct productivity multiplier that reduces the per-sheet labor cost of each finishing job.
