Description
The Sterling® DigiBinder Super-C has the same features as The Digibinder and Digibinder Plus, with added automation. The machine includes an automatic cover feeder and vertical stacker. There are two glue pots, one for side gluing and one with twin glue rollers which allows for an even glue application as does a third, metering roller to smooth out the glue. The extra heavy duty roughing blade ensures the binding of coated, oil infused, and UV coated stock.
The DIGIBINDER® SUPER-C is a completely self-adjusting perfect binder. The pneumatic clamp and nipper adjust automatically. A compressor is included. Bind a thin book, then a thick book, without any adjustments whatsoever. Bind two sheets to over two inches thick.
The machine may be run in manual mode, without the cover feeder, semi-automatic mode where a button needs to be pressed for the machine to cycle, or automatic mode which cycles the machine as soon as the book is placed in the clamp.
