Description

The Graphic Whizard PT 335AKF is an automatic vacuum-fed creaser and knife folder that combines full-featured creasing, perforating, and scoring with an integrated knife folding module, producing a creased and folded finished piece in a single pass. The machine handles sheet sizes up to 13″ wide x 35″ long at speeds exceeding 6,500 sheets per hour, and the 4″ vacuum pile feeder provides consistent, hands-free automatic feeding. The machine includes a 6-inch color touchscreen for setup and job management.

The creasing module supports interchangeable creasing and perforating dies with six available creasing channel widths, and the operator can program up to the maximum crease and perforation positions per pass. A dedicated perfect-binding hinge mode and spine mode are included for creating the hinge crease required on covers going through a perfect binder, and crease depth is adjustable via the touchscreen. Progressive Crease mode calculates staggered crease positions for pre-collated booklet sets, producing a square spine when the assembled set is run through a booklet maker.

The PT 335AKF effectively combines the functionality of an automatic creaser with an integrated knife folder into a single machine, reducing the number of passes required for creased-and-folded pieces. It is appropriate for digital print shops, commercial printers, and trade binderies producing greeting cards, folded brochures, book covers with hinge creases, half-fold and letter-fold pieces, and pre-creased sets for booklet making, all as single-pass finished products.
