Description

The AMC High Die Cutter is a heavy-duty, high-speed stack die cutter designed for high-volume production of labels, tags, cards, and similar sheet-punched products requiring a hollow-die cutting method. The machine operates on a horizontal ram with a V-type hold mechanism, loading material on a ramp and driving it through the hollow cutting die with each stroke. The cutting cycle processes an 8-inch stack of paper or plastic in approximately 4 seconds, yielding very high production rates suitable for labels, tickets, and similar high-volume jobs.

The horizontal ram and V-type hold design allows for rapid die changeover and straightforward setup when switching between different die shapes or product sizes. This is a critical advantage in environments where multiple SKUs or label formats are produced on the same machine.
