Description

The Deluxe M7 is a heavy-duty single-head wire stitcher designed for flat stitching (side stitching) and saddle stitching applications across a wide range of paper, board, and multi-part form thicknesses. The machine handles stock from 2 sheets up to 7/8″ (approximately 22 mm) in thickness, making it suitable for stitching thicker books and pads that exceed the capacity of standard stapling equipment. The M7 works with eight different wire sizes including both round and flat wire without requiring a change of head parts, which is a significant operational advantage in shops that run varied wire gauges and formats.

Compatible wire sizes include round wire in 24-28 gauge and flat wire in 19×21.5, 20×24, 20×25, and 21×25 mm formats. The moveable clincher accommodates flat stitching configurations, and the machine’s robust cast-iron construction is built for sustained production use.
