Description

The Graphic Whizard PT 33LSC is a fully automated laminator, slitter, and cutter designed to produce finished-size laminated pieces directly from the machine without requiring secondary trimming. The unit incorporates a 2″ vacuum pile feeder for automatic sheet feeding, combined with programmable slitting and cross-cutting, so that items such as business cards, postcards, and laminated cards exit the machine ready for use. This eliminates the typical post-lamination trim step and significantly reduces total production time per job.

The PT 33LSC includes a variable encapsulation mode that allows the operator to set a custom encapsulation border width, enabling 2-sided pouch-style lamination with a configurable sealed edge. The machine achieves high film yield by maintaining a minimal gap between sheets during production. True single-sided lamination is supported by removing the bottom roll and engaging the external anti-curl lever, which ensures flat delivery without a release liner.

Electrical requirements are 110-130V, 50/60Hz, 15A. The machine is targeted at digital short-run printers, quick printers, and binderies that run daily laminating production across multiple job types and want to reduce the number of passes and machine touches per finished piece. Optional accessories include an inline creasing attachment.
