Description
The MBM Triumph 7260 is a heavy-duty, fully programmable hydraulic paper cutter with a 28-inch cutting width, designed for large-format and high-volume cutting applications in commercial print and bindery environments. Cutting width is 28 inches, cutting height is 3 inches, and the narrow cut minimum is 3/4 inch. The machine is driven by a 2 HP motor with a hydraulic blade and clamp system, and requires 208/230V AC, 50/60Hz, 3-phase power.
The Triumph 7260 is equipped with a 7-inch touchpad control module that allows intuitive programming and program management. Up to 99 programs with 99 steps each can be stored and recalled, and the digital display provides measurement readout accurate to 1/10 mm or 1/100 inch in both metric and imperial. Infrared safety light beams on the front table are standard, and the machine includes the Safety Cutting System (SCS) with an IR safety curtain, Safe Blade Change device, and integrated tool holder.
The Triumph 7260 is VRCut-ready, enabling connection to MBM’s VRCut PC software platform for workflow automation and digital cutting program generation at the prepress stage. The 28-inch format makes the Triumph 7260 appropriate for large-format commercial printers, trade sheet-fed operations, and binderies that regularly cut oversized stock, tabloid-plus sheets, and banner-format pieces that exceed the capacity of 21-inch class cutters.
