Description

The Graphic Whizard PT 335B Multi is a fully automatic, vacuum pile-fed creasing, perforating, and scoring machine built for higher-volume digital finishing environments. Running at up to 4,500 sheets per hour (8.5″ x 11″ landscape, single crease), the machine includes a 4″ vacuum pile feeder, an LCD touchscreen with keyboard controls, and skew compensation to maintain accurate sheet registration throughout the run. Sheet size range extends from 5.5″ wide x 4.7″ long up to 13″ wide x 25.5″ long.

The machine supports up to 32 crease or perforation positions per sheet and includes 30-job memory for storing repeat configurations. Standard creasing tool width is 1.0 mm, with optional sizes of 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm, 1.2 mm, and 1.4 mm available to match substrate and fold type requirements. Perforation tools are available in 12 TPI, 24 TPI, and 52 TPI (microperf). Cross perforating capability with partial perf functionality is included, allowing “T” and “L” perf patterns for tear-off sections and remittance forms.

The PT 335B Multi also accommodates rotary scoring and kiss-cutting with the appropriate rotary tool attachments, giving the machine a broad functional range beyond standard creasing. A choice of five creasing channel widths ensures the machine can be precisely matched to different paper weights and finishes. It is a strong choice for digital print shops, commercial printers, and binderies running high-mix, medium-to-high volume creasing and perforating work across a wide variety of stock types.
