Autobind PUR

Description

The RIGO Autobind PUR is a large run PUR perfect binder with a low-maintenance closed PUR nozzle glue application system. The Autobind PUR uses a 2kg slug, which is placed into a heated tank that utilizes four heating zones which keeps the glue at the optimum temperature throughout when being applied to the book block. The Autobind PUR has an automatic cover feeding unit, utilizing scoring wheels for the spine and hinge, automatically adjusted after book is measured for exact placement. After the book is bound it drops on a take away conveyor. The Autobind PUR also has several options such as, separate EVA side glue unit, ultrasonic double detector, glue fume extractor and remote-control module for remote maintenance.
