Description

The RIGO MEGABIND 420 PUR is a medium to long run PUR perfect binder with a low-maintenance closed PUR nozzle glue application system. The Megabind uses a 2kg slug, which is placed into a heated tank that utilizes four heating zones which keeps the glue at the optimum temperature throughout when being applied to the book block. The Megabind has an automatic cover feeding unit, utilizing scoring wheels for the spine and hinge, manually adjusted with a dial for exact placement. The MEGABIND 420 PUR also has several options such as, automatic carriage start, tape binding unit and remote-control module for remote maintenance.Unique closed PUR system (PUR spine and side gluing, tank capacity: 3kgs)
