It depends on run length, document use, and how the finished piece needs to hold up. Wire and coil binding handle documents that need to lie flat or take heavy daily use. Perfect binding gives a clean, professional edge for higher-volume runs. Plastic comb works well when pages need to come out and go back in. If you’re not sure, tell us what you’re producing and how it’s used, and we’ll point you to the right method rather than the one we’d rather sell.
Both are on the table depending on your budget and how the machine will be used. Reconditioned equipment comes through our own process, not a drop-shipped used machine, so it’s inspected and brought back to spec before it goes out. New equipment makes more sense if you need the latest features or the machine is going into constant, high-volume production. We’ll walk you through the tradeoff for your specific job.
We stock over 40,000 parts and more than 30,000 drill bits, and we carry parts for equipment we don’t sell too, including machines that haven’t been manufactured in years. If it’s not on the shelf, our machine shop can build it. This is one of the reasons shops stay with us long after the original purchase.
Yes. We’re a full-service distributor with sales, service, and an in-house machine shop (mills, lathes, surface grinders, heat treating, welding) under one roof. That’s also why our machines are built to need less service in the first place, not more.
Yes, this is something we do regularly. Rather than asking you to redesign your production to fit a stock machine, we build around how your shop actually runs, including linking multiple machines in tandem for a complete in-line process.
