Description

The Graphic Whizard SINAJET DF1007-MT is a large-format flatbed digital die cutter designed for on-demand cutting, kiss-cutting, creasing, and perforating of digitally printed sheets in a production print finishing environment. The machine accepts sheets up to 1,000 mm x 700 mm (39.4″ x 27.5″) from a high-pile automatic feeder, with a maximum cutting area of 900 mm x 600 mm (35.4″ x 23.6″). Interchangeable cutting tools allow the DF1007-MT to perform through-cutting, kiss-cutting, creasing, and perforation from the same head without manual die changes, using software-driven tool selection.

The machine is compatible with a wide range of substrates including paper, cardboard, corrugated board, light PVC, foam board, specialty foil, polypropylene sheet, vinyl, ABS plastic, and magnetic adhesives. The CONTROL CENTER software drives the cutter directly, and job setup is automated through barcode reading: the machine reads the job barcode from the sheet and sets itself up for the correct cutting path without manual operator entry. A mark reader controls the cutting head position to maintain registration accuracy throughout the run.

Applications include custom-shaped folders, rounded corner business cards, greeting cards, self-adhesive labels, point-of-purchase counter displays, custom packaging, and box blanks. The DF1007-MT is intended for digital print shops, specialty finishers, and packaging producers that need short-run custom die cutting on a variety of materials and formats without the capital cost or minimum run requirements of traditional steel-rule die cutting systems.
