With the software upgrade that is now included, the machine has the ability to hold a maximum of 20 jobs with 10 creases. The Rosback Model 220 20" Trueline is an excellent entry level high speed vacuum feed perforator, scorer, slitting machine. Its compact design has a variable speed control and is capable of handling sheets sizes from 3 x 3" (7.6 X 7.6 mm) to 20 x 23" (50 X 58 cm). It is equipped with a floor stand, two pair of perforator heads, one pair of scoring heads, eight assorted slitter blades and an adjustable delivery table. A double shaft unit is available for very close center to center distances. Both wider and smaller models are available as well as less expensive friction feed models.

The high speed Rosback Model 240XL Perforator/Scorer/Slitter is state of the art. This versatile machine is capable of producing intricate patterns at speeds up to 24,000 ft/hr. It maintains 100% accurate registration with sheet deflectors and a micrometer dial to make angular adjustments to compensate for sheet size inaccuracies. Its rugged frame is equipped with a 30" x 30" (76 X 76 cm) vacuum pile feeder, an operator interface control station, easy-out shafts, double sheet detector, and batch counting. A right angle section is available. A double shaft unit is available for really close center to center distances. Strike perforation/scoring/slitting is possible with the addition of the Cobra Strike Head Package.

The Rosback Cobra 4x4 allows for strike perforating, slitting and scoring. The slitting feature is more accurate than using a paper cutter. Individual electronic control of each Cobra Strike Head allows a multitude of strike patterns with surface speeds up to 24,000 ft/hr (9,000 meters per hour). It is an accessory for models 240XL, 243XL double shaft unit, 248 right angle unit, the 223SRX & 226SRX Truelines.

The Sunraise 12SGC High Production Business Card Slitter is the most user friendly card slitter available. This unit will produce 36,000 twelve up sheets totaling 144,000 cards per hour. It has a shingled delivery for the cards on individual card conveyors. The slitter heads are mounted to a removable cassette for ease of changeover or replacement for sharpening. The machine can bleed trim in both directions.
